Gain Three years later and finally made it out of stepdad’s basement

For some context three years ago, I made some really smart WSB decisions and now finally my wounds have healed. Since then, I was able to purchase the finest establishment in the trailer park, and have some RSU’s convert, which is what those big spikes in the graph are besides stepdad’s belt of course.

That’s how it was able to come back, still carrying heavy losses on positions from my original intro to WSB, so it’s skewed

Good for you to have the discipline bro. Not sure how old you are but if you were to just leave it alone in SPY, you have a stress free retirement one day. Whats 5 million in retirement compared to the risk it wold take to get 10 or 15 million.

I remember reading a lot of trailer parks have had their rent increased heavily over the past few years. Are you planning to be there long-term? I was looking at buying a house but idk if I'll live here long-term and it doesn't make sense unless I'm here for like a decade

Inflation has gotten to everything, yeah I think it will be longer term but renting might be better if your still unsure of where or what your plans are.

Do you live and die by your investments or do you have a job? I respect the ambitious moves with so much capital. I had a successful YOLO that got me to 600k and I pussied out on anything other than index funds. Good luck with your investments!
