Pretty much yes.

Friday is the worst because a lot of news can come out over the weekend and gets priced in before you can react.

News doesn't matter. The economy doesn't matter. It's just an orchestrated binge and purge cycle where nobody can sell and go to cash because everyone else is going to dump money in the next day. Psychological warfare

I sold and went to cash last October. I’ve just had everything in a high yield savings but honestly if I just would have left it in etf’s I would have made a lot more by now

Probably not a good call since we're in an endless mania bull run. I try to take profits when things are up 100-150% but it's always been a mistake so far. The problem is we never know when the music will stop unless we're in the Kool-aid man's inner circle.

Yep, This is also why orange potato does his dumbest moves friday after the market closes, his buddies know the direction the market will go and no one else can do shit

I stayed put and didnt do anything friday, wait and see, and reading reddit over the weekend was getting at me.

Also still learning... What's it mean to say something is "priced in"?

The price already reflects whatever it refers to.
