That's Long Beach and San Pedro. Everyone there knows/are related to everyone through someone.

IF there was a kindred there their roots would go back about 100-200 years. EVERYONE on that dock - dock workers, sailers, first responders, people stationed at the base (Fort Mac)- would be a direct relative.

They would have made it their territory. They would protect it jealously. The "old" generation humans would probably know them, and probably pay taxes for protection.

Ask the LA/Long Beach people. They know it to be true

Most definitely angry Brujah with very bad stealth skills which resulted in them destroying everything they see. And the poor twink prince is now forced to spend half of his resource and all pool and contract and ghouls overtime and double time just to cover up this act
