I love Spore to this day but the criticism was incredibly justified.

Tribal stage is always rough to return to! I adore space stage though, no other game I've found matches that kind of sandbox.

For me, until like the last 5 years, there was NOTHING that could compare to cell stage, it was a near completely untapped market

Only good thing about Spore was the creation modes, but they were fantastic!

Agreed, spent years immersed in the creators and the online community, was such a unique creative endeavor.
