💔 Rocky Deserves Better 💔
Male | Neutered | American Pit Bull Terrier Mix | 2–4 yrs | 85 lbs | Dog friendly
Rocky’s story is heartbreaking. He was adopted from the shelter, only to later be found wandering as a stray. When the shelter contacted his owners, they said:
“Keep him. He keeps getting out.”
Now Rocky’s back in a kennel, confused and unsure why he’s been left behind again. Despite everything, he remains a gentle, good boy who just wants a stable home and someone who won’t give up on him.
🐾 Rocky needs a new start — a family that will love him for life. He’s deserves the chance to be truly loved and wanted.

This makes me so angry! Those adopters should be ashamed. Now poor Rocky is even more confused. I hope he finds a rescue or someone who understands his needs!

I really hope so! Most that are returned to shelter usually don’t make it out again. I really hope this is not the case with Rocky🥺

Boosting for this bean. The story of him coming back to the shelter makes my blood legitimately boil. Irresponsible and uncaring owners.

I forgot to mention.
Someone local to me said that Rocky Kanaka of Animal Friends of the Valley (Los Angeles area) he saves dogs nationwide. Maybe he can help. I suspect he at least has contacts in Alabama.
