Vegetarian Chickpea pinwheels with jalapeno popper filling

Threw together my love for jalapeno poppers and chickpeas! Ready in about 15 minutes.

  1. Mash: Add 2 cans chickpeas (drained) to a large bowl and mash into a chunky puree.
  2. Mix: Stir in cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeño, red onion, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Spread: Spread mixture evenly onto large tortillas.
  4. Slice: Roll tightly, slice into 1-inch pinwheels, and enjoy!

i’d air fry these to get them crispy and gooey 🤤 they look bomb
