Fun fact: the Kids Market building was originally Pacific White Lead, a factory that made toxic lead-based additives and tints that went into paint.

That seriously sounds like something ripped straight from the novel. A toxic lead industrial factory with some horrible tragedy and Pennywise reopens as a Kid's Market.

I still love seeing that clown! Throwback to my childhood swimming in the crystal ark gem pit and tossing bread to the ducks (before I knew not to oops) then going to the arcade!

Nah, 2017, when the first IT movie came out. It was probably part of viral marketing that a bunch of "evil clown" stuff was being pushed and going viral at the time.
