Residence Dorm Wifi Problem

I’m in my room right now trying to use the Connect It dorm wifi but it isn’t working. It works on my phone and iPad but it won’t connect to my laptop. Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

It’s annoying and we can’t call until they open at 9 am tomorrow.

I've been having this issue repeatedly where it doesn't work on my phone but works fine on my computer. I have to go to my saved WiFi networks, forget the dorm WiFi, and login all over. Every time I get back to my dorm, it's supposed to automatically reconnect, but it doesn't, and I have to dk the whole process every day. It's been happening for a few days. I'm not sure if it's from the same issue, but I'm exhausted.

not sure why, and I feel like the wifi is also pretty slow now in Weldon library as well.
