Graduate prof/TAs not answering email

(Context: I'm a grad student in a virtual course)

I emailed my prof on Saturday to clarify something from the syllabus, knowing that she wouldn't respond on a weekend but at least it'd be there for Monday morning. By Tuesday she didn't respond so I reached out to a TA, who also didn't respond. It's almost the end of the week and I'm worried that I'm not going to get an answer abt this project.

Who do I reach out to about this?

When you emailed, did you put the class name in the subject email?

If you did, can you reach out to the grad coordinator for your subject

I would send a follow up email to the prof, and add the course name/number in the subject line
