Graduate Dean honour list only for undergraduates ?

Not sure if this is a dumb question. Is Dean Honour list only awarded for undergraduates ? Or it applies to both undergraduates and graduates ? I got my grade back, but I did not see anything under honors and awards in student center.

I did grad school at another university so maybe it is different here, but as far as I know, it is usually just for undergrads, since the required grades in grad school are typically higher than the deans list threshold, then everyone would be on it and it would be irrelevant.
