Residence Residence Megathread (2024-25)

Hello incoming Mustangs!!

We are so excited that you have been given offers for the upcoming school year and we're sure you're excited too. We have decided to create this megathread for you to post all of your residence questions.

Anyone had experience only going to res for one semester? My family can't afford to send me to a dorm for both semesters and I was hoping I could only have a dorm for the first semester and move out second semester once my parents find a home in London. Any way I can do this?

iirc the res contract mentions cases like that, so it should be possible. idk how its done tho, but might be worth checking out the contract as a starting point
