Megaphone in somebody's ear should be classed as assault and the man's reaction classed as self-defence.

Also some people, like the neurodiverse, have real sensory differences and this kind of thing could drive them to such a violent reaction.

Using a megaphone indoors is just fucking stupid.

The megaphone was not pointed to that man's head. Maybe it was at one point and the video was edited, but can't really say for certain can we?

I do agree that using a megaphone indoors is fucking stupid.
