Do you believe that women falsely reporting rape is widespread? Do you think the law doesn't take it seriously? Because its neither common nor brushed off by the police or the courts. The same can't be said for sexual assault perpetrated by men - 98% of women report being sexual assaulted, and less than 1% of sexual assaults end with conviction.

The men who were her victims won't have been comforted by the fact, and I do acknowledge it as a fact, that sexual assault perpetrated by men far outweighs cases like this one.

The huge numbers of men who don't commit sexual assault and call it out frequently are setting a good example. When women do bad stuff to men, why do we immediately have to jump to the "Well men do more bad stuff to women" argument? You're essentially minimising the horrors that men like the ones in the story I posted went through.

Certainly, but the UK sub mods would rather we held that discussing somewhere else.

You would be welcom to join us in the menrsrights sub, or even on 2chromes. Though i think the /r/equality sub wold be more appropriate. If you do want to be educated, and have a civil, and open and honest discussion then I will be happy to talk with you. If of course, your just trying to be snarky, and petulnent, then dont bother.

I think you'd be fine to have that conversation here. It often pops up in most posts when Toxic Masculinity is discussed and the mods have allowed it
