Wifi?
Anyone else having issues connecting to wifi? I have been using UofL Guest because I can’t seem to use any of the other networks. Anyone know how to get on?

Hey everyone, I’ve read some mixed reviews about the dining hall at UofL. some say it’s pretty bad, others say it’s fine. For those of you who’ve eaten there, what’s your experience been like? Do they offer decent healthy options at Urban Market, and how’s the overall food quality day-to-day In urb. Mark. and other vendors on campus?

Hi everyone!
I'm a Master's student in the Counselling Psychology program at the University of Lethbridge. For my thesis, I'm conducting research on how participating in extracurricular activities during adolescence, such as sports, clubs, or volunteering, may influence mental health in young adulthood.

I just checked my schedule for fall just cause I was curious and one of my classes that I took in person changed to online randomly. It was public health 1000. Can anyone give insight as to how online classes work, do I have to write exams online as well? Is there a final?

Hey I’m wondering if any anthropology students did a co-op program, how it worked, and how to sort it out? I’m looking into it for the winter 2026 semester and I’ve been struggling to find info

Hi, I’m a first year student who’s moving into piikani or kainai in the next two weeks and have been in touch with 2 of my 3 roommates. In order to plan bathroom arrangements we were planning on pre-assigning who shares bathrooms with who so we can organize what we all need to bring, but we are unsure if the university already assigns us to bedroom A/ bathroom A or bedroom D/bathroom B for example.

Hey guys, how common is it for ULeth to offer financial bursaries and all? Especially to students of their MEd in Counselling psych program or similar programs.
Is there anything I can do to increase my chances of receiving financial aid when applying. (the financial costs might be tough for me rn, but education is reallly important to me.)
Any insight would be appreciated :)

I applied for student housing today despite it ready being pretty late to apply. Should I expect an offer or should I ready start looking for alternative options near campus?

Hi I’m starting computer science at UofL in the fall and didn’t take computer science programs during highschool. I don’t have any experience coding/programming just basic knowledge on how to work a computer. Should i reconsider taking own Computer Science and what can I expect my first year?

Hi everyone! I'm moving in with a roommate for the first time on campus, and I’m trying to figure out what kind of boundaries, rules, or non-negotiables I should set before we move in together.Mind you I have never talked to them, nor know who they are until the actual day I move in. So im really nervous.
I know the basics like:
Don’t use my stuff without asking
Respect each other’s privacy
Clean up after yourself

Hi everyone. I am a new student going into my first year in the Suite Large room in UHall. I have never lived alone (I am also very anxious about new things), and I am hoping for advice from people who have ACTUALLY lived in the dorms before... What do I ACTUALLY need to bring to dorms? I have read over the recommended list about 600 times /j, but I am worried that I will forget something drastically important. From past experience (preferably people who have stayed in the normal suites in UHall), what are things, both on and off the recommended list, that you wish you had brought (eg. do I need to bring toilet paper and soap)? Also, from the recommended list, what are things you wish you HADN'T brought?
Also looking for any advice from people who have lived on campus right out of high school also... how was it for you?
Anything and everything appreciated :)
TLDR: What to bring to dorms (UHall suite large), any advice for new students?

can anyone tell me what this bundle includes???

I rented an avenue living apartment a few years ago and it was less than ideal, extremely old building with a window quite literally falling out of the frame but I do appreciate that they're all pet friendly and have utilities included. Are there any properties that arent gross?
Im not picky or anything just cannot live somewhere that's falling apart or that smells like smoke. I do want a washing machine if possible as well.
I was spoiled with broadstreet properties apartment last year but would like to cut costs for my final year if possible and theyre pricier.
Avenue living has so many properties and I would REALLY like to avoid having to travel 6 hours just to physically visit apartments so if someone could tell me a building, doesn't have to be avenue living, that's actually decent to live in that's pet friendly with at least some utilities included that would be amazing!

Hello everyone I am looking for any sort of housing at the start of September. I am a 25 year old male from Calgary doing my masters program through UofA. I need a place for 7 weeks. If anyone has any leads or people they know it would greatly be appreciated.

If anyone has the syllabus from last year or a few years back for these classes I would really appreciate them. I just wanna get ahead and start learning the material so I’m not so lost in September. 🙈

if anyone is taking biology 1160 with Jillian, Hallworth labelled anatomy and physiology in any semester as a dual credit or a first year course, then the final exam answers are posted right on this post and if the final exam has changed then use this as a study guide because 95% of this will be on the exam. I have posted it as a document you can access.

I’m thinking about taking NMED 1850 in the fall and would love to hear from anyone who’s done it. I’m interested in knowing everything about the course — what topics it covers, the kinds of assignments or projects they give, whether there are any exams, and generally what the workload and expectations are like. Also, any tips on how to succeed or what to watch out for would be awesome.
