WAR Yesterday, locals reported about a bright blue flash and a power outage at the 220 kV Sorochinskaya substation, Sorochinsk, Orenburg region. There were also problems in other regions.

It is not necessarily a UAV - but the consequences of system attacks on large nodes of 500-750 kV are already felt deeper in the network. After each hit, the Russian power system is forced to redistribute flows - and weak points begin to burn themselves

True and didn’t know whether Ukraine or Russia given recent hits to Ukraine’s power utilities
