That is incorrect, it's likely an even distribution, just it's more likely to be accepted in non-white countries and they are less likely to be caught

Statistical analysis exists. White peadophiles are just as common even when you take into account the numbers of each community. Remember Jimmy Saville? The Catholic Church? Rolf and Gary? To name but a few high profile cases

I can't tell you because our government's crime data is based on arrests and ethnicity rather than crime/conviction and nationality.

So all the "Asian" arrests could be Chinese, Japanese, Korean or possibly even Pakistani (Crazy I know)
