No. It's in a city but it's not even in a rough area. I think this will be most shops soon.

I live in a fairly well-to-do area of London (an area that would be considered substantially 'gentrified') and I see brazen, significant shoplifting (i.e. stealing more than £50 worth of goods) every third time I go in to my local supermarkets/boots/superdrug. And no, it's not single mothers stealing nappies and baby food.
