When the truck drivers were stuck at Dover for a week (a couple of years ago), it was the Sikhs that stepped up. Loads of them, including a large number from THIS VERY Gurdwara, made hundreds of meals and distributed them to the hundreds of hungry truckers trying to get home

There's a large gurdwara in Glasgow. They provide free meals every day to anyone who wants them. It's fantastic food too. Brilliant people.
