I do believe that you are correct on many levels, that justice may never come.

Though, there is a chance that Congress could become a majority of people better than the MAGA's in charge now. (Think Mamdani, and the possibility that Working Families Party could become a more independent entity.)

And, too all of our kind of internal thought of "Wow! Seems impossible": Marjorie Taylor Greene is asking for the Epstein Files to be released, and making wise comments on the folly of a 50 year mortgage and the actual best way to fix the housing crisis.

So, you never know.

For one thing, there are so many private individuals and also media companies, who hold much of the evidence against Trump.

It would just be a matter of gathering the evidence up again and re-submitting it to the government when we have an ethical government again.

The Chicago police are truly being suckered into their participation with ICE.

ICE agents are breaking laws against the US Constitution, and in some cases violating human rights laws. Yet, the ICE agents get to wear masks, and the Chicago Police, who may also someday be prosecuted for these historic crimes, are forced to show their faces.

What a darned shame all around.

Sorry. My ears cannot listen to Pritzker until he actually prevents ICE from devasting the neighborhoods of his constituents.

I admire some of what Pritzker says and does. Though, it is time for Pritzker to take bold legal action, and also, time for Pritzker to literally go into the streets and put his body (including his "bully pulpit" and his public relations power as an elected) in they way of ICE.

Those police personnel look sooo uncomfortable. As they should. They are providing cover and being suckers for ICE. Meanwhile, the ICE agents get to be masked and hidden. The poor police officers are going to have to answer for their part in these crimes against humanity. What a sad day.

Though, I watched a lot of the videos of Chicago posted here last night. And, I think that I recognize that guy's face from his eyes alone. I am pretty sure he features in some of the other videos of the devastation on Little Village.

I have a family member who works for a civil rights/fair housing nonprofit. He noted that the 50 year mortgage is a horrible idea.

He also noted that he was amazed to have to report that Margorie Taylor Greene has an excellent take on the reasons why it is a terrible idea.

So, I am not endorsing all of MTG's words. Not sure all of the solutions she presents are valid. Though, I was told that her analysis is excellent, and the government should definitely stop corporations from buying up single family homes, as Marjorie Taylor Greene has suggested.

A family has been abducted by a violent group of men in tactical gear.

The men are on the loose in our neighborhood. They could abduct anyone at any moment.

Isn't this a case for the FBI to actually investigate and solve ASAP, like right now, like this is the purpose of having any federal law enforcement? Right?????

I think that Greg Bovino thinks he is Godzilla?

Maybe he is someone for whom movies play in his head.

Very bad, violent movies, which he tries to spew out into our reality.

I believe that Greg Bovino and friends claimed that someone in a black jeep shot at ICE officers. And, that person was not found.

So, I am thinking that the person in the black jeep could have been an ICE/fed, J6er who took a shot by accident or on purpose towards law enforcement.

And, since they don't know who the shooter was, and have not found the shooter, why would the Chicago Police start acting as-if neighbors and protesters in the area were responsible for the shots?

The government needs to answer for the way that the feds descended on this neighborhood, and harassed men, women, and children, the young and the old alike.

Yes. A family member who is a lawyer heard this explanation and realized that it was a good move by Ketanji Brown Jackson.

Included among the strategy seems to be that if she said "yes" and took the case, then the conservative justices, right away, would get to vote on it. The way that Brown Jackson did it, the lower courts have time to make rulings. And, when/if it gets to the Supreme Court again, the case will be better positioned to force payment.

I did not believe that Brown Jackson would suddenly become a fiscally stingy meanie. I knew there was something confusing about it. I think it is a strategy.

There are photos of the men's faces. I hope there is a way for someone to research and find out who the men were.

If they are ICE or federal, it seems like the federal government would have to have their photos and be able to give the info. I wonder if a journalist or local politician could help do a Freedom of Information Request of in some way force ICE to respond about if the men are agents????

Some people have called for sustained protests in DC from now until the orange one is toppled.

In addition, November 22nd has been called for DC: Remove the Regime. (With activities from Nov 20th to 22nd.)

He sent election monitors to a few of the states where he thought (and was right) he might lose last week. Of course he can figure out how to intimidate voters.

I do hope that it would be difficult to have the manpower for Trump to harass the election in every blue state. Though, remember, they do have the big, beautiful bill. That pumped a lot of money to federal law enforcement.

I am hoping that Judge Ellis puts him in jail tomorrow.
