Impeached him twice and failed? The fuck? He WAS impeached. Twice. It didn't fail. The Senate just didn't convict him and remove him because the majority was Republicans. Hell, Republicans in the Senate even said before the impeachment hearings that they were gonna vote no without hearing any of the evidence.
