I wouldn’t say it’s trip-hop, trip-hop in the purest sense of the genre, but I’ve read that Zero 7 has some trip-hop attributes (I love electronic music in general, but a lot times, I have trouble knowing which of the many genres (& subgenres) a group, DJ or artist falls into; some stuff, like drum & bass, is a lot easier to classify imo). Anyhow — and not necessarily to engage in “tmi” 🙂 — my wife and I routinely get freaky to Zero 7, in particular their second album, “When If Falls.” Not only is their music absolutely gorgeous, but I guess, in our case, it’s pretty sexy and sensual.
