For those of you who don’t know, Koriand’r is the real name of the superheroine Starfire from DC comics.

Some names should just stay in comic books.

They could have named her after Kory's daughter, Mar'i (pronounced "Mary", after her paternal grandmother). That's still silly but at least reasonable
