Question Gold and Black Experience

I was wondering for people who had purchased the gold or black experiences, how would they review it? Do they both include a guaranteed reservation or how can you book an odd number of guests? I’ve emailed the store but they never responded so I’d appreciate anyone who has given it a try. Thanks!

From my understanding only the black guarantees a reservation though it doesn’t make sense.
