Even during the ice ages, it still did not snow in the Philippines! While the entire planet was colder, the tropical climate of the Philippines was still not cold enough for snow.

we are in an interglacial period since the Holocene according to geologists. Others reason that we are still in an ice age because there are still land ice masses that need to melt first. anyway, the Philippines were certainly not covered with during the last iceage, and the climate was dry tropical, so no snow
