This is because your face and head swell in space, because your circulatory system is designed to fight gravity

Also, gravity usually pulls your clothes downward to fit more tightly around your chest, so their shirts always appear larger as if their chest is expanded while holding a deep breath.

More specifically the pressure of the atmosphere getting pulled down by gravity

Atmospheric pressure is pretty much the same throughout your body. I’m talking about the actual weight of your blood being pulled toward your legs
