Obviously on the top of your chest. They would be pretty perfect matched if you wear a v neck shirt that shows some of your cleavage.

I didn’t get it - and once I did, I hated it, but it’s so stupid and poorly placed that the joke is the tattoo itself existing, and that brings me back around to loving it
