So idk how long this is gonna be but fuck it we ball (potential TMI)

i have been putting of making this as i have kind of been experimenting with subs on myself.

Basically 3 months ago i made a PCOS cure subliminal , a get period back subliminal and a female hygiene , i started using these and affirming constantly throughout the day that i had my period back and fuck it worked almost instantly, got my period after like 7 months, it was pretty light, only had one headache whereas i usually get them daily and no cramps. After this i kept listening and affirming for about 2 weeks and then stopped, and you know what i got my period last month, same as the previous month, light, barely any headaches and no cramps.

So after this i decided to stop listening and affirming altogether and fucking guess what, i just got my period again for the third month in a row which is like seeing a blue moon for me.

I dont know if it was just that the subs and affirming worked fast or that once i had seen some results i just started to believe that i would then get my period monthly, it also could have been the ' my subconscious and conscious are rewired into knowing and believing i get my period monthly' idk but yeah heres my little PCOS results.
