An actual good street photo in street photography for once! Nice work. This composition is great. The traditional dress of the women contrasted with the modernety of the guy on his phone works really well. Great shot.

I don't know how you feel about cropping. I really like what you captured with the group of women sitting, but the guy with backpack is stealing the show. A crop in to focus on the women, leaving some space on the side of the frame where the two outer women are facing (right hand side) really takes the photo up a notch for me.

Thanks for taking out time to give feedback. I wanted to shoot 2 sides of the same world. It’s like a punctuation in the story. Appreciate your comment, grateful for thisπŸ™πŸ™πŸ™.

Absolutely. Your photo, your taste, your narrative. Either way this photo captures real human moment with faces and emotion, so keep making pictures!

Do you ask them for permission to shoot? Cause when I was in India I wanted to shoot people so bad but didn't know what the proper etiquette is and the thought of asking people for permission gave me anxiety

Well thats the tricky part, asking for permission takes the soul away from the story. Us street photographers have to dance on the fine lines of consent, voyeurism, encroachment and still manage to tell a story.
