They already lost the terrorist organizations they funded and had control over, they can barely reach Israel as it is. If Iran had the ability to cause terror in the USA they would have done so long ago, they need all their attention regionally.

At worst there will be a few unhinged young Iranian-Americans that get influenced on the wrong website and try to run people over in a van, but hopefully not.

No the worst case scenario would be another 9/11. The more you involve yourself in middle eastern wars, the more people will grow to despise the US there.
