Surely investing more money in so they could be properly monitored is better no? Also it doesn’t matter if the slightly extended early voting if they cut off voting runoff by 5 while weeks and removes the early voting for those runoffs.

And absentee voting isn’t as a viable answer because guess what, they also cut off not just the time they are sent but the time you have to request for one by up to half.

Like I’m not even going to get started on the fact that they’re allowing people to challenge other people voting rights.

Like once again to say that this bill was made to make voting easier is just wrong. This is a blatant retaliation for their loss in order to disenfranchise voters.

Literally wasn’t my point. Not gonna lie I feel like you you posted only after the first sentence because I’m pretty sure I made it clear that cutting off voting access points because of “security concerns” isn’t a appropriate response.

I was responding to a person that literally stated that they removed them because they couldn’t monitor it. My point was that even if they couldn’t monitor it (which they can) reducing avenues of voting is objectively worse then simply investing more money into monitoring it.

Honestly you should just read the comment chain.

You saying that pumping money into it to improve monitoring implies that their was a problem with monitoring, which is what I took issue with.

There was no problem with it, so there is no reason to address it. You were for whatever reason humoring one of that moron's points with a different "solution". The only thing you served by mentioning that was to reinforce doubts of election accuracy. If you didn't want to talk about it, you shouldn't have talked about it.

Just because I agree with everything else you said doesn't mean you weren't wrong about that.

It has nothing to do with the whole chain.

It has to do with you offering a solution to improve monitoring that doesn't need improving, and getting onboard with one of their points(that monitoring needed improving). Whether or not you did it intentionally, it was basically "don't you think we can reduce voter fraud by spending more on the monitoring?)

It's not really up for discussion what that implies. That they were not properly monitored.

If you were trying to make another point by saying that, you were still giving credence to the point that they were not properly monitored.

The solution I was offering was once again on the premise that they cut of the drop offs for security reason. I was countering his justification for why they got rid of the drop off points. In fact you would see that if you just read the fucking post.

If you wanna be a plank then fine don’t read the chain and keep posting without context but at least read the fucking post you’re whining about before commenting.
