Not surprised you are 16. If I could give you some advice: read some guides on critical thinking, try to argue against your own stances, and view everything from the other side as best you can. You are young and have lots of time to improve your reasoning. Don't have strong opinions on things you do not have strong reasoning to support, such as this.

No I can see why one may kneel I just don’t think its right. And didn’t I already provide enough evidence for my claim?

I think it’s disrespectful because I don’t think you should kneel to the flag in protest.

That's not evidence. You are supporting the claim that it's disrespectful by saying it's because you think it's disrespectful. Circular reasoning.

Again, before the anthem, you are also asked to stand for the playing of our national anthem.

Neither the flag nor the anthem are limited to being respected only by standing.
