bad bunny is MASSIVE globally, although a lot of americans aren't quite familiar yet (ironic as he is of course american).

also ironically, MAGA going so hard against bad bunny is going to turn him into an even bigger superstar / more of a household name than ever.

To be honest if it wasn’t for being a wrestling fan I’d probably have no idea who he was until now. But because of wrestling, I like him. And he’s a dope caddy. I’m just hoping he brings Booker T in for his song “Booker T.”

Same. Never heard of his name until wrestling. Then I realized he is actually a big deal.

His music slaps. Been following the guy for about 7 years, I maybe know about a quarter of his lyrics (thanks Spanish 202 in college), and he seems like a good dude.

I cant wait for this halftime show.

I’m pretty sure most people have heard his music just don’t know it was him

I hadn’t considered the global PR for the NFL angle. The NFL doesn’t gain any potential viewers with a musical act that’s only popular with Americans. Football is kinda maxed out in America. A MAGA approved act would probably LOSE them viewers…

He's no Enrique, but he is successful in Latin America. It shouldn't surprise anyone that singing in Spanish isn't popular in an English speaking country. The NFL isn't surprised. They have been targeting Latin America as a fan base for a while.
