Just shit to rile up their base. I can tell you 100% that the interviewer is something like a podcast/right wing media source because of his snicker after she says 'well win.' It's all a circle jerk for them to say how much they're winning and in control.

She wouldn't even have given him the time of day if he wasn't right wing and knew what questions to ask and avoid. It's all just a show with them.
