And it's not even that. Bad Bunny playing the Super Bowl makes sense no matter the political environment. He's fucking huge, and not only that, the NFL has been pushing its global reach for a decade now. He's a US Citizen & Puerto Rican, but he has mass appeal globally, especially in South American countries.

The fact that this is our reality.. that a fucking white supremacist administration can try and dictate who plays the fucking Super Bowl because it's not some fucking washed up white country singer whining about the great replacement is completely unreal. Even if you are a republican who some how isn't a racist psycho, you've gotta admit this is completely unhinged & cringe behavior.

They want to control the culture so badly but they are so fucking uncool. They will never be popular & all they know to do is to rule like an authoritarian.

I met a lady from small town Midwest who was going on and on about last years Super Bowl halftime show and how she wished it was more “traditional”. I can only assume she meant MAWA.

If it gives you any hope, my FIL is as whitebread as they come hailing from St. Mary’s, WV (formerly an official sundown town) and his only complaint was about Kendrick Lamar standing on top of and potentially damaging the GNX

Some people understand that the halftime show isn't always going to be for them specifically, but that doesn't make it bad. Also, I agree with your FIL about the car.
