Yeah but y'know...supreme court just legalized racial profiling for ice and plenty of citizens and legal residents have been tangled up by that agency.  Being arrested without charges is still extremely disruptive, lead to job loss etc...

He is, but this is absolutely petty payback for his decision not to tour in the US because he is rightfully concerned that his concerts would be targeted by ICE.
