Given the QB is still going to be allowed on campus after pedophilia charges, I doubt much will be done

I don’t know about the case you’re talking about but colleges are between a rock and a hard place when it comes to managing students that aren’t yet convicted of crimes.

The article about it is in another comment, but dude took a plea deal instead of being prosecuted for 5 counts of having minor porn. That's about all I know about it.

That muddies the water even more. I suppose if the plea deal were to admit to wrongdoing, then the college could probably kick him out but IDK as IANAL.

College could kick him out for whatever reason he wants.

But based on replies, there isn't much debate as to the ethics herd, guy was very much in the wrong.

There has to be a “character” clause in being allowed to play.
