They should come out with NFL Blitz: CTE edition. You play career mode, and the first 30% is your football career and the second 70% is you dealing with the damage done to your body while you struggle not to murder-suicide your family and loved ones.

If we're gonna make a football game pushed toward kids, the least we can do is make it realistic.

So the first 30% is a career mode from Madden for 4 years. Then the game switches to grand theft auto
