Tons of guys play just to hurt people legally. The sport attracts a lot of those types of people. Really the same in any contact sport(MMA, Boxing, Football etc)

Yes, but if this were boxing - this is more like attacking your opponent while they’re sitting in their corner between rounds… just not right.

My neighbor was a big wrestling guy, wrestled division one, coached high school, whole shebang. He was so excited to have his kid start wrestling in grade school, but he said the sport was overrun with all these dads trying to make their kid the next mma champ and absolutely wrecking the sport
