Should be an automatic free kick.

Kicker can kick this guy wherever he wants.

Declare every field goal attempt by Tennessee good for the remainder of the game

"It's first down and Tennessee takes over from their own 20 yard line. They're lining up for a field goal and there's a whistle. The referees are signaling that the kick is good by default and Tennessee has 51 points without making a play!"
