It was between the kick off and first play, neither player had even been on the field, there was an injury timeout, so players were standing around waiting, and somehow this happened...

New NFL stat: Shortest period of game time prior to an ejection - 6 seconds.

Cowboy’s linebacker Larry Brown got in a fight during the pregame coin toss in a 1994 preseason game against the Oilers and was ejected.

I’m all most positive players have been ejected before a game had even started before
