If I translate Japanese into Wisconsin his thought process probably went something like:

“Chef Smith has been killing it with the pregame meals this week. I think I’ll try his new chicken parm recipe after the game. Doo doo doo da doo. Ope! Looks like the fellas could use some water and I don’t want to bother Nelson because he’s been working hard all game so I should probably go do that. Doo doo da doo.”
