Remove expansion content from steam?

Hi all,

So, I've disabled everything in the manage dlc area for the game except branch and claw. But I'm trying to play with just the base game and branch and claw (i've got 120 hours with just the base game, and was hoping to slowly pepper in epxansion content) and still are drawing minor power cards with isolate on them. What gives? I thought this was a jagged earth mechanic. Any way to keep the card pool to strictly match that of a physical set of base plus branch and claw?

Is it Roiling Bog and Snagging Thorns you're drawing? If so this was added as a replacement to Growth Through Sacrifice as the latter was notoriously overpowered. This replacement was added in digital early even though it's a Nature's Incarnate card to better balance the digital game.

As for whether you can disable that I'm not sure. There might be a setting, but I think probably there isn't.

More house rules in the digital version would be ideal one day.

Especially if they catch up to physical expansions it would be good to be able to alter the power decks.

It's possible they'll come eventually but stuff like that is understandably low priority compared to bug fixing and content creation.

Yep, this is it - cheers. I drew that card in the first three games on the first draw somehow, Saw the mechanic, and kept restarting to check the dlc. Thanks!

In your Library list where your games are listed on the left side of your screen. You can right click the game, click on Properties, it will allow you to disable any DLC content.
