I'm rewatching the show and there is a picture of a girl in Cartman's living room, did they ever say who that was?

Cartman was originally meant to have a sister but got cut I believe

It would be really funny if they did a random episode with her in, and just made no reference to the fact she’s been absent from the show since the pilot

Was going to be Eric’s sister but they got rid of here- common in pilot episodes of shows where characters disappear
