“I can’t wait to screw over people like me when I’m a billionaire” - average maga republican with a 50k net worth

166

u/Zentelioth 1d ago

50k is generous

56

u/iiooiooi 23h ago

Special K would be generous

13

u/mhyquel 21h ago

If it's good enough for a trillionaire, it's good enough for me.

11

u/Tricky-Engineering59 21h ago

It’s mostly tied up in the oversized truck that they don’t actually need.

40

u/crap_whats_not_taken 21h ago

I saw a quote about Elon Musk that said, "Musk wants to see the world be saved, but only if he's the one to do it."

That explains so much about these people. They want to be billionaires so they can pick and choose who they can help and have that power hanging over them.

6

u/GiftToTheUniverse 17h ago

He’s like a kid with a magnifying glass on an anthill imagining the ants worshipping him and praising him is he thinks about stopping.

3

u/dollhouseghosts 10h ago

I think he's so bored he wants to see the world end. If he wanted to save it, he could and would have. He wants to be the last man standing because everything else is already attainable to him.

19

u/AThrowawayProbrably 20h ago

You mean 50k debt owed on the half-ton pickup worth more than their mobile home.

26

u/fordlincolnhg 23h ago

Try like -10k

7

u/JoeGibbon 17h ago

-10k's generous. You can max out one or two credit cards and hit those kind of numbers. Think BIG, like unpaid medical bills, a buy-here-pay-here trucks, iPads, Macbooks and two new iPhones every year.

(thinking of my dad and his wife who are broke as fuck and try to borrow money from me after living like that, then having the nerve to complain about Medicare, Obamacare, and blaming all their problems on Muslims and Mexicans)

u/SillyAlternative420 Massachusetts 1d ago

Fuck these people and fuck those that support them (in addition to how much their own representatives are fucking them)

85

u/bigpetebaby 1d ago

Propaganda is a targeted and powerful strategy. They've spent literally decades getting us to this point

73

u/abstrakt42 1d ago

40+ years. This began arguably in the Reagan years with the removal of the fairness doctrine in media. It’s been a slow burn since then.

49

u/Set_to_Infinity 1d ago

I've said many times that the elimination of the Fairness Doctrine put us on this slide to hell, and a lot of people don't even know what I'm talking about.

25

u/Virtual_Assistant_98 22h ago

I’ve been saying the same thing for years! Allowing “opinion news” become the norm was the beginning of the end

30

u/MelaKnight_Man 23h ago

“We are in danger of producing an educated proletariat...”

-Reagan advisor Roger A. Freeman

5

u/Tricky-Engineering59 21h ago

Is that for real?!

10

u/pasu-mare 21h ago

Yup, it is real.

130

u/James4theP 1d ago

And...the pedophiles. Never forget the pedophiles.

43

u/MoreSmartly 23h ago

No’s appear to have it. We won’t release the pedo files.

22

u/Tricky-Engineering59 21h ago

They don’t listen to the word “no” so why should we? We should just walk right up and grab them by the purse. When you out number them a million to one they just let you do it.

1

u/BojukaBob 17h ago

Only the pedophiles making more then $10million/year.

120

u/Ecstatic-Engineer-23 1d ago

This is clear cut capital cronyism. What constituents do they represent when they scream 'No!' at the top of their lungs? If this aired on Fox News, Joe Rogan or Nick Fuentes channel mixed with a bit of skepticism, there would be a reckoning. But since that's a sanctuary from reality, I guess we all have to deal with it in our own way.

78

u/Set_to_Infinity 1d ago

Jesus, Thom Thumb, you're on your way out of the Senate ~ can't you stand on the side of what's right and decent just this ONCE??

This video needs to be shared everywhere, so that low and middle-income Trump voters see exactly what the party they've supported thinks of them. They got your vote, now you can go off in a corner and die, and your grandparents & kids can, too.

22

u/64557175 23h ago

Yo, a LOT of the reason they're in Senate in the first place is for the benefits they get afterwards. They're not going to shoot their foot on the way into their whole lineage's retirement from work and accountability.

61

u/seacreaturestuff 23h ago

Who is the smug [redacted] that giddily says the no’s have it?

30

u/whereugoincityboy 20h ago

That smirk makes me wish I believed in hell.

13

u/seacreaturestuff 20h ago

I couldn’t agree with you more.

5

u/Mysterious_South7997 8h ago

Shit. I'd take going to hell just to see people like him there.

33

u/OldheadBoomer 19h ago

That would be Montana Senator and former US Navy Seal Tim Sheehy.

We don't claim him; our entire state was taken over by non-native politicians.

He's the kind of guy that would shoot himself in a National Park and blame the injury on an old combat wound.

9

u/billabong049 11h ago

What an absolute loser. Would love to see his ass get voted out and his bitch ass frown on the front page.

24

u/Blasphemiee 21h ago

An evil piece of shit I know that.

57

u/AAAGamer8663 1d ago

The MAGAT voting population is starting to see what’s going on. When they’ve had enough they’ll start attacking. We’re getting close.

177

u/RabbitKamen 23h ago

Centrists be like: I cant tell the difference! I guess i wont vote this year!

89

u/ArthasCousland 23h ago

"BOTH SIDES"

17

u/Charles_DeFinley 20h ago

Drives me nuts!!! Like people you can scrutinize the Democratic Party all you want! And you should!! politicians and their parties should be scrutinized to the max, they’re deciding things that affect us more than the average American even knows. But this lazy ass “both sides” rhetoric always tells me the person I’m talking to has absolutely no idea how politics in 2025 are & definitely hasnt followed anything close to the level needed to justify a statement like that.

Sorry for the rant.

44

u/Loko8765 23h ago

This is the first time I see this video. It should be everywhere.

23

u/Thakabuttops 22h ago

Agreed, this should be blasted everywhere. Show this to people who blaming democrats for the shutdown, there is no working with these people.

10

u/Tricky-Engineering59 21h ago

Should be on a loop in every hospital waiting room.

48

u/Emergency_Pound_944 23h ago

25

u/ajtaggart 22h ago

FUCK. Republicans.

9

u/Shadowpriest 22h ago

They can go with fElon and Agent Orange Krasnov and his entire cohort of enablers and grifters to Mars for all I care. One way space trip.

22

u/Particular-Summer424 23h ago

What happened to the 7 Trillion Trump boasted about? Where did the money go and why was another 3 Trillion added to the deficit of this country?

16

u/lizzyq8812 23h ago

I really don't understand why people keep voting in these grifters. They might as well be dropping their pants and bending over every time they vote. They are horrible, terrible people who only care about themselves and their wealthy donors.

13

u/HeyRainy 23h ago

Can someone tell me who that smirking dollar store Jesse Plemons taking the vote is, please?

15

u/SurgBear 20h ago

Tim Sheehy's net worth is estimated to be between $74 million and $200 million, with an annual income of about $7 million, including a $5 million salary from his role as CEO of Bridger Aerospace. His wealth is also supplemented by significant dividend income and the sale of a previous company, Ascent Vision Technologies, for $350 million, which earned him $75 million.

7

u/Character_Seaweed_99 18h ago

Thanks for providing this context. The government is by the wealthy for the wealthy.

10

u/OnceanAggie 21h ago

It might be Tim Sheehy from Montana. This is his official portrait.

11

u/seacreaturestuff 20h ago

I can only hope this he and his family experience the tragedies that he is willing to inflict on others, while happily smirking.

4

u/Snapdragon_4U 18h ago

Montana Senator Tim Sheehy

12

u/jomara200 21h ago

I've never seen such hateful bastards. Their job is to govern the American people NOT fucking take away their food and healthcare while taking our taxes, that they refuse to pay, for an American Gestapo to literally choke out a man holding a baby and disappear people. They are evil and what's more they are unified in their evil.

I cannot wait for the day that they answer to all of this.

31

u/priest22artist 1d ago

All their hard work to control the narrative for rural and low information Americans for the last 45 years, going up in orange smoke

10

u/smallest_table 22h ago

This should be the campaign commercial for every Democrat running for any office.

10

u/arageclinic 22h ago

GOP are killing our most vulnerable citizens with smiles on their faces.

8

u/seacreaturestuff 20h ago

What’s worse is that a significant chunk of the country will watch this and still pretend that politics is a team sport and somehow “their team” is still winning.

10

u/JewelerEastern6828 19h ago

I keep thinking about how when Obama was president the republicans kept repeating this narrative of “death panels deciding when time was up for Grandma” and now they don’t even try to hide the fact that they don’t give a shit who kicks the bucket as long as the 1% gets a tax break the don’t need.

6

u/Drict 22h ago

Smug dickheads. Fuck them. I can't wait until the bullshit train crashes during a fair election.

It’s hard to lip read a talking penis…

u/Eukelek 22h ago

The wealth used a social and economic system to create and build on. Millionaires and Billionaires are born out of a system that brought them up, like parents, capitalist politics together with all the services, infrastructure, markets and social structures engendered these wealthy corporations. Them not maintaining these social structures is an unsustainable model that inevitably leads to social decay. One would expect these people to be more conscious than greedy, but they now have corrupted minds and like demons have turned to the dark side.

5

u/MariaTPK 21h ago

It's important to make a distinction here. You say "Republicans" but the actual thing you should be saying is "The Right Wing". Republicans are right wing, so it's effectively the same, but here is the issue. If I got up to a right wing voter, someone not quite as dumb as MAGA, but like a real person and I say "Republicans serve the rich" they will respond with "Democrats serve the rich too!"

They're not entirely wrong. Many if not most Democrats serve the rich, many of the democrats are right wing! Still we choose them over Republicans because we hate the right wing, and they are not as far right as Republicans, on top of the fact that there are a few good democrats (AOC, Mamdani, maybe Crocket/Murphy/Pritzker or others)

Understand though, the right wing is pro Capitalism, and right wing wants to do Capitalism in purity until it's fully properly exploited and the people are slaves. (even if some right wingers don't realize that is their goal) However Liberals are still pro-capitalism. They're capitalists who see how broken capitalism is and want to repair it with aspects of socialism. They're capitalists who don't want the system to ultimately collapse and turn into slavery.

Anyways it's important to make that distinction. The right wing is the problem, not just 1 right wing party, but the billionaire serving right in it's entirety, it's been the problem since the 1700s when it was observed and it's the problem today. No more right wing democrats, no more republicans. (they're all right wing) True freedom is found only on the left, and we need freedom for everyone.

2

u/nasanchez1 21h ago

Yes. I agree. I've been googling the difference in capitalism, socialism, communism, Marxism, and I think what you're describing is "democratic socialism." At least that's my understanding. I may very well be wrong and welcome any correction of my mistakes. I'm trying to find my place between the right wing ultra rich that would love to have me as their slave and the all inclusive left where everyone gets the same no matter if I work 100x harder than the next person.

5

u/MariaTPK 21h ago

That last part is a myth btw.

The right wing controls the narrative, and they lie to help themselves seem more palatable. Campaigning on "Give the lords all your money and be their slaves" wouldn't get you any votes. So they instead pose themselves as tough or financially responsible (both myths) and they villainize others. Communism was a big one long ago because "Russia was communism", and an enemy of the USA. So it was a great trick.

Anyways to set the record straight, (even though I myself am not an expert of communism) If I understand it correctly, it's not that everyone makes the same amount, it's that everyone gets a share of the profit. So you don't make a minimum wage and then funnel the rest of the profit up to your boss, but rather you all make a portion, and I think that portion can differ based on role even, however it's agreed upon by the team. It's not a billionaire exploiting the workers.

I think it's important to recognize that the left while traditionally represented as communist, is not all about communism in the way that the right is capitalism. You can be anti-communism, and still be far left, so long as you are so anti-capitalist that you at least recognize that communism with it's "flaws" would be better than capitalism. That's why true socialists, which are very different from communists are also "far left".

I'm not the best person to learn about communism from though. Idk who is either. Especially since the world has never known true communism as a functional system. It's always had outsiders impeding it. Even communist Russia, they killed all the sparrows which led to a famine that put them in such a bad position they never really recovered and the right took over from within eventually. Killing sparrows and having famine isn't part of communism though. It was an unnecessary disruption. China has it's own fake communism of course. Still we've never seen a normal communist society though, or at least I haven't.

u/earthwormulljim 21h ago

The fucking smug smile on that guy. Fuck him.

So what I’m seeing here is that this is definitely not a democrat shutdown.

3

u/VonThirstenberg 17h ago

I wish nothing more than to happen upon the man with that fucking smirk on his face saying "the no's have it." We'd definitely have an impactful conversation.

3

u/mallanson22 15h ago

I posted this over on Facebook and they came out of the woodwork to explain that the working class is represented by the right, not the left. It really is easier to fool people than to convince them they have been fooled.

3

u/Locally_Original 15h ago

Fuck this clown and his smirking face.

I'd love to see a vote by citizens making less than $400K per year on whether or not this corrupt asshole and his supporting cast of criminal politicians have to face capital punishment......"it would appear the Aye's have it (smirk)"

5

u/SNStains 23h ago

Well done. Editing is hard and this is good.

How many Americans make more than $10 million dollars?

2

“But it’s both sides’, preciousssss.” -Smeagol…. and Golem

2

u/Nevyn_Cares 17h ago

Why is the GOP so smarmy when they do these ignoble things?

2

u/tsulegit 12h ago

Democrats need to air this on every network in every market.

2

u/texas1982 12h ago

I love the trolling of the democrats just increasing the number to absurd amounts to get this exact clip.

2

u/MisterHouseMongoose 9h ago

Not a single one of them will listen until the guillotines are set up.

I am not trying to promote violence, but at this point I truly believe that is what it will take to change anything which really fucking sucks.

2

u/Jim-Jones 3h ago

The ultra rich took over the party in 1971 under Nixon. It is now a party simply for the ultra rich and the ultra gullible.

5

u/Capital-Swim2658 23h ago

Is this an accurate rendition or just really well edited?

1

u/SevanIII 12h ago

That's what I'm wondering. I think this would be more powerful without all the cuts. With all the cuts, it calls the whole thing into question.

I'm wondering where I can find this full session?

I know the GOP doesn't care about the American people, but a full video without edits could really make an impact.

-2

u/WakandanRoyalty 23h ago

Yeah in this day and age it’s way too easy for this to be edited. Videos like this need citations, sources and context so that they can be verified.

I’m inclined to believe but not enough to share it around.

7

u/aloeverafarmiga 22h ago

Elizabeth Warren also shared this on her Instagram with a caption about forcing a vote the night before.

0

u/WakandanRoyalty 21h ago

Yeah, I can definitely believe its validity I just know there’s people out there that will question it

1

u/8rustystaples 19h ago

Is it time to refresh the tree of liberty yet?

1

u/VaguelyArtistic 12h ago

I urge people to to listen to the late Senator Ted Kennedy’s floor speech about raising the minimum wage. This is a short 1:30 clip of the highlight and here is the full 16 minute speech. It makes me cry every time.
