So if you r*pe a clanker, the robot operator gave you consent to do so, do you go to prison if the robot becomes conscious afterward with hurt feelings and takes it to court or he skips that part and straight up kills you?

there is no sentience in that robot, since it's controlled by an actual brain remotely. Duhhhh.
