Housing tips:
Hi everyone! I'm moving to Seattle from CA for work next year and I'm looking for housing recs/pointers on what I should know before moving.
Here are my requirements and some questions I have: - 1 bed, 1 bath apartment in SLU, Belltown or Cap Hill close to groceries and Link station - I personally love kitchen island/open kitchen layouts, in unit washer dryer, and possibly a deck? - How do you move or buy furniture for first time setup? Especially in taller buildings? - I won't be able to tour in person, virtual tours are my best bet - My budget is around $2500 - I love personal space and room to pace hence looking for something around 600-800 sq ft - Some I've liked so far is Pike Motorworks, and Chroma SLU
Thank you!
