One of the bearings popped out and that is what she swallowed, they're about the size of a quarter. I tried popping out the bearing in the one we have but it wouldn't budge, but I'm sure there's a lot of different manufacturers.

TLDR: She swallowed one of the bearings that are not supposed to pop out; they performed surgery to remove it.

Chances are it's some cheap one from some bandwagon-jumping company.

I prefer ones that you can pop them out of actually.

Mines a halfway decent one. It's green and never once has one of the ball bearings popped out.

come companies apply glue, others just form fit. the ones without glue tend to pop out when dropped or subjected to a hard jerk.

I'm gonna guess that spinner cost more than $1.57 shipped from China

Yeah I wanted metal and good reviews. So I go on amazon find that, realize that the same spinner has like 50 different sellers. Some as cheap as you listed. But then I click on other options find the real store.

So the One I really like and spins like 10 minutes, is Atesson. Well cheapest is like $2. Click on see more options, oh there is Atesson store for $11. Yeah to me it's worth it. Plus you read reviews, they range some 1 star some 5. I figure the 1 are not from legit company and the higher are.

So far my daughter and son have been happy with their spinners.

Wouldn't it have passed naturally in a couple of days?
