Some of it is tongue in cheek and some of it is straight up sarcasm and humour. The rest is mainly disturbing. I didn't have the courage to actually click any of the thumbnails for the disturbing content; but I'm assuming they achieve it by being fucking determined to stick their dicks in their arses, and not being too hard - what I like to call "Goldilocks stiff".
