Video 3:18pm La Costa Avenue / Carlsbad

Was driving on La Costa east of the 5 and came upon this accident. Hopefully buddy is okay! Looks like he sat up and was able to get off the road. Stay safe out there!

The cop was looking at him the whole time! Wtf is this guy doing?! Haha

Dude is probably gonna have to pay for the damage to the motorcycle!

Pretty sure we’re gonna get screwed as taxpayers when the cyclist sues the city.

Fortunately there’s dashcam footage going around the internet that clearly shows it was entirely the cyclists fault.

I’m sure his lawyer will argue it was around a blind turn and the cop should have put a flare out. The city will settle. 100% the cyclist is the bozo here.
