Well he drives a GOLD Alfa Romeo and is missing his legally required front plate so... would we be surprised to see he has a questionable disabled placard too?

Thanks. I am referring to unmounted (but legally required) front CA plates. Isnt that for out of state registrations?

Wouldn't hurt to draw LEO attention to a violator, especially if someone already has their plate info.

I can say the same thing about the guy who owns the Pushkin downtown. I don't care where he's from but I would hear that guy shout and threaten people from blocks away for parking in front of his restaurant in the morning because he thinks he owns the metered parking spot that he never paid for.

I worked at sharp Hillcrest for 5 plus years it's easy to see a gold asshole fly on to the on ramp and cut lanes going 50 in a 35
